First Love Patisserie

"There is happiness in each bite of Thousand Layers Cake from First Love Patisserie."
- First Love Patisserie

A famous Hokkaido Thousand Layer Cake or named Mille Crepe, the "Mille" itself means 'a thousand' in French. This cake is founded by a Japanese who lives in France. Each layer of cake were spread with cream, they have some variety of flavor such as Original, Oreo, Cheese, Coffee, Green tea, Chocolate, Blueberry, and Strawberry.

In the picture above its cheese and chocolate. Basically it tastes sweet. For the cheese, they used some kind of cream cheese and topped with grated cheese. While the chocolate they used two creams, the chocolate cream and vanilla cream. The crepe were also chocolate and topped with Belgian chocolate. The cake had a tiny little bit of bitterness that make it more yummy and both of them are really soft when you eat it.

And here is their bestselling cake and most recommended!

The Original or French Vanilla! The taste of Vanilla came from Vanilla Beans they used on making the cake. The simpleness of sweet and vanilla taste make this cake delicious and it's topped with melted sugar. My mom and I bought it at First Love Patisserie little kiosk at Lotte Shopping Avenue. They also located at Plaza Indonesia and supply at some cafés such as Dante Coffee and Noodle Cafe. But you also can buy it online on Rakuten.

  1. Looks yummy! It reminds me of lapis legit, one of Indonesia's traditional cakes. Does it tastes familiar? Will try one day (:
