Crunchy Salmon Teriyaki Roll

It's Sushi time!
Last week, me and my family decided to head out for lunch. It took us a long time choosing a place to eat. After strolling a couple of floors on Mall Taman Anggrek, our final pick is a Japanese Restaurant which also gave discount at that time, lucky us.

One of the dishes that we order is Crunchy Salmon Teriyaki Roll. It's basically sushi rice that are rolled with salmon, cucumber, and a little bit of teriyaki sauce in it. Completed the dish, black sesame sprinkled all over the sushi and bits of tempura batter put on top of it. Served with an addition of wasabi and ginger root slices, but I don't eat both of that because it taste weird to me. Overall the sushi taste delicious and a little sweet from the sauce, but for me, it will taste better if there's no cucumber in it or I take the cucumber out. I hate cucumber.

For additional info, Wasabi is a green paste, also referred to as Japanese mustard, which made of Japanese Horseradish roots. It taste really spicy and always served on a sushi dishes. Usually it is mix with soy sauce and we dip the sushi in it. The pink thing beside the Wasabi is the Ginger root slices, it is used to cleanse the palette between pieces of sushi.
