Another dish with fish. My dad loves fish too much, he likes to takes us to restaurants that have delicious fish menus or seafood restaurants. This time it's Gurame Pindang, Indonesian traditional food also with fried fresh water carp. The broth is made from different kind of spices, mostly garlic. Other that that, they use ginger, chilli, and lemon grass. The broth will came out light orange, taste a little sweet and sour. A while after we order, the dish came served in a small pot which makes it look interesting. The fish are also easy to eat because they already cut it into pieces. Most of all its delicious, but my mom think its too sour and she can't ate it too much.
It looks tasty! What's the difference between this fish and the other fish you posted yesterday? Will try it sometimes. (:
ReplyDeleteit taste different :) for the sauces pindang gurame taste sour while the pesmol taste more to sweet and they have different texture, also use slightly different spices. For the fish it's the same :D
