Green Peace
After doing some exercises at the sports club, me and my family went to eat at Paprika, the sports club's restaurant. At first I ordered Spring Smoothie, but the waiter said it's not available at that day. He recommended Green Peace, which contain mustard greens, pineapples, and lemon juice. Hearing the ingredients doesn't make me want to order it, but in the end my mom said its healthy and ordered a glass. But the taste was good actually and didn't taste weird, they used just a little mustard green so it's taste more like pineapple and lemon.

Cheese Salsa Nachos
A while ago, my mom and I went to Lotte Shopping Avenue. We had lunch and went for a window shopping. After that we decided to eat something or a snack, that doesn't make us full. So I suggested we buy nachos at the food court and I ordered a portion of Cheese Salsa Nachos. It's tortilla chips with salsa sauce and melted mozzarella cheese with grated cheese on top. The salsa is a tomato based sauce with diced onion, green pepper, and tomato. It is a great yummy snack even though its a little spicy. The cheese is my favorite, it's melted so it's kind of chewy and I especially love cheese.

First Love Patisserie
"There is happiness in each bite of Thousand Layers Cake from First Love Patisserie."
- First Love Patisserie
A famous Hokkaido Thousand Layer Cake or named Mille Crepe, the "Mille" itself means 'a thousand' in French. This cake is founded by a Japanese who lives in France. Each layer of cake were spread with cream, they have some variety of flavor such as Original, Oreo, Cheese, Coffee, Green tea, Chocolate, Blueberry, and Strawberry.
In the picture above its cheese and chocolate. Basically it tastes sweet. For the cheese, they used some kind of cream cheese and topped with grated cheese. While the chocolate they used two creams, the chocolate cream and vanilla cream. The crepe were also chocolate and topped with Belgian chocolate. The cake had a tiny little bit of bitterness that make it more yummy and both of them are really soft when you eat it.
And here is their bestselling cake and most recommended!
The Original or French Vanilla! The taste of Vanilla came from Vanilla Beans they used on making the cake. The simpleness of sweet and vanilla taste make this cake delicious and it's topped with melted sugar. My mom and I bought it at First Love Patisserie little kiosk at Lotte Shopping Avenue. They also located at Plaza Indonesia and supply at some cafés such as Dante Coffee and Noodle Cafe. But you also can buy it online on Rakuten.

Stir fry ramen with garlic and fried chicken. This dish is called Tori Niniku Yaki Ramen, another delicious Japanese food. The ramen taste salty and a little spicy because its also used chilli slices, and it have a really strong taste of garlic. The fried chicken is boneless chicken, also called karaage. It served with some seaweed and salad on the side. I said for this menu is delicious, but it doesn't have its own special characteristic.

Crunchy Salmon Teriyaki Roll
It's Sushi time!
Last week, me and my family decided to head out for lunch. It took us a long time choosing a place to eat. After strolling a couple of floors on Mall Taman Anggrek, our final pick is a Japanese Restaurant which also gave discount at that time, lucky us.
One of the dishes that we order is Crunchy Salmon Teriyaki Roll. It's basically sushi rice that are rolled with salmon, cucumber, and a little bit of teriyaki sauce in it. Completed the dish, black sesame sprinkled all over the sushi and bits of tempura batter put on top of it. Served with an addition of wasabi and ginger root slices, but I don't eat both of that because it taste weird to me. Overall the sushi taste delicious and a little sweet from the sauce, but for me, it will taste better if there's no cucumber in it or I take the cucumber out. I hate cucumber.
For additional info, Wasabi is a green paste, also referred to as Japanese mustard, which made of Japanese Horseradish roots. It taste really spicy and always served on a sushi dishes. Usually it is mix with soy sauce and we dip the sushi in it. The pink thing beside the Wasabi is the Ginger root slices, it is used to cleanse the palette between pieces of sushi.

Pindang Gurame
Another dish with fish. My dad loves fish too much, he likes to takes us to restaurants that have delicious fish menus or seafood restaurants. This time it's Gurame Pindang, Indonesian traditional food also with fried fresh water carp. The broth is made from different kind of spices, mostly garlic. Other that that, they use ginger, chilli, and lemon grass. The broth will came out light orange, taste a little sweet and sour. A while after we order, the dish came served in a small pot which makes it look interesting. The fish are also easy to eat because they already cut it into pieces. Most of all its delicious, but my mom think its too sour and she can't ate it too much.
